Craig provided us with a really cool search tool called RealScout that made finding our home really easy - we loved being able to rate features of the home and neighborhood that AI used to learn out tastes like light colored floors and scan listing photos to find homes that matched our tastes and neighborhood preferences. The client portal also made it easy to always know what was next and kept us on track with full transparency into the process.  Getting to sponsor the rescue of a dog... amazing.
