In fact, he told us not to buy house more than he suggested making offers because he was in it for our best interest to buy the best property for our needs and budget, not the one that was best for his commission. Craig was the only ethical agent who not only gave us a required consumer notice, but explained all of our rights to us. "If you ever meet an agent and they do no provide this to you, run," he said. Sage advice you too should follow. Beyond impressed by his ethics, we instantly liked his personality and could tell he knew his stuff. As we toured the home, he pointed out areas of concern as the home was a flip - a $600K home he could tell we really loved - and advised us to proceed with extreme caution because he could see hints that the flipper covered up some issues that could be serious money down the line. Again, ethical and honest. I am sure any of those other agents would have been salivating at a potential $18K commission and pushed us to make an offer. I cannot recommend another agent more highly.

Craig helped us relocate from Alaska. He was able to offer us services such as Facetime calls, photos, video recordings for us to go back and watch later, and even offered drone footage of any house we were interested in. It truly felt like we were right there in the house with him even though we were so far away. He made it incredibly easy for us by answering any question and going out of his way to do anything he could to help us in the process.

Craig provided excellent support and service throughout the entire purchasing process. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate business and was able to answer all my questions right away. Craig is patient, kind, so friendly, and respectful. When we were stressed, Craig made us laugh. Buying a house was never this easy - this was our sixth! We had AI search tools, clear communication, and didn't have to think about much beyond finding movers. Our house didn't come with a home warranty - he gave us one just for being a client with rekey service plus rescued a shelter pet in our name. This is a good human. My wife and I never had an experience this good. Our only regret is we used someone else to list our home... and that experience was the opposite of this. If we could fire our agent and list with Craig we would. Hopefully it doesn't take her the rest of our contract to sell our house.
